Twenty minutes late all week, consistently. Either the table is wrong or the harbour is, and the harbour has been here longer.
Numbers four and seven had faded to the point of guesswork. Done in an afternoon, badly, but legible for another few years.
Winter
Lift‑out usually begins in the second half of October, weather permitting. The inner basin freezes most years; the outer rarely. Anyone staying afloat should speak to the harbourmaster first, preferably before the forecast makes the decision for them.
